Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with BuildPrompts Pro. If something's not right, here's exactly how we handle refunds.

7-day money-back guarantee
If you upgrade to BuildPrompts Pro and aren't satisfied for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we will issue a full refund. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.
To request a refund, contact us with the subject line "Refund request" and include the email address on your account.
Subscription cancellations
You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. After cancellation:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged again after cancellation
- You will revert to the free plan (5 prompts/day) when the period ends
- Your saved prompts and history are retained
Cancellation can be requested by contacting us or managing your subscription through your profile page.
Partial refunds
Outside the 7-day guarantee window, we do not typically offer partial refunds for unused subscription time. However, we handle each case fairly — if you've experienced a technical issue that prevented you from using the service, get in touch and we'll review it.
Founding member pricing
Founding members who signed up at the discounted rate (£4.99/month with code FOUNDING50) retain that price for as long as their subscription remains active. If a founding member cancels and later resubscribes, the standard price applies.
Processing refunds
Approved refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
